Tanya M. Silivestro

Tanya is a highly organized individual with a client-first attitude. She has over 25 years of experience working for financial and insurance services agencies. As the Client Service Manager, Tanya supports Beltz Ianni partners and advisors and manages client service to deliver seamless results.

Tanya is the liaison between clients and advisors. She takes the lead in managing day-to-day service operations, from scheduling client reviews and presentation preparation to data management and reporting.  Her role allows our team of advisors to respond more quickly to client needs.  In her secondary role as the Agency Compliance Manager, she submits all compliance related events and documents to our back office on behalf of the agency and works with advisors to comply with FINRA regulations for submissions.

Tanya is a graduate of Broome Community College, Binghamton, New York and holds a NYS Life and Health Insurance license and Property Casualty Insurance license.

She is an active member of her church and school community. Tanya resides in Greece, New York with her husband, two children, and puppy, Cozmo.
