Jean M. Dailey


Jean is the Manager of Retirement Plans and ERISA Support Partner, as well as CPA, who has spent her career assisting plan sponsors with their qualified retirement plans to ensure ERISA compliance and reduce fiduciary liability. 

As a member of the Beltz Ianni & Associates Retirement Plan Consulting Team, Jean is responsible for retirement plan consulting, design, and compliance support. 

She has over 25 years’ experience in the pension and employee benefits field, including plan allocations and recordkeeping, supervision of plan audits, retirement plan consulting and design, plan implementation and plan terminations.

Jean became a partner at Beltz Ianni & Associates in 2020.

Before joining Beltz Ianni & Associates, Jean spent 18 years with EPIC Advisors, Inc., a national retirement plan recordkeeping TPA, in a variety of senior level management roles, including oversight of plan documents, plan design consulting services, and technical ERISA training of staff.  Prior to EPIC, Jean spent time in Chase Bank's trust tax department and subsequently managed the balance forward account business for a Rochester-based CPA firm. 

Jean obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).

Jean holds FINRA securities license Series 6 through LPL Financial.  She also maintains the continuing education credits for the following designations through ASPPA: CPC, QPA, QKA®, CPFA®, TGPC, and QKC. 

Jean is the Volunteer Coordinator for the Golisano Children’s Hospital annual Stroll for Strong Kids. She lives in Greece, New York.
