
Fred W. Beltz

Fred is a veteran of over forty years in the financial services industry. His practice is focused on the retirement plans, employee benefits and insurance needs of closely-held businesses and professional firms. Although primarily focused in Western New York, his business clients range throughout the Northeast. Fred and Bob Judd lead the Business Services Group.
Fred is a graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service and has also attained the professional designations of Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) through the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. Fred was awarded a Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Advest Institute at Harvard.
Fred is a past President of the Estate Planning Council of Rochester and has been a contributing author for the Rochester Business Journal, the Monroe County Medical Society Bulletin and the Northeastern Retail Lumber Dealers Lumber Co-Operator. Fred has been a featured speaker at the International Association of Financial Planners Symposium and the Estate Planning Council of Rochester.
Active in community affairs, Fred has served on various community boards including Garth Fagan Dance, Rochester Arts and Lectures, and a trustee of Paul Smith’s College. An avid golfer and collector of golf antiquities, he also serves as Historian for Oak Hill Country Club.
